設(shè)備監(jiān)控的正確使用及設(shè)置對生產(chǎn)和設(shè)備維護(hù)是極其重要的,贏泰的t-win及e-win系列注塑機(jī)內(nèi)均配有監(jiān)控功能,通過對設(shè)備注射時間、材料剩余量以及塑化時間等數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)視,幫助現(xiàn)場操作人員和維護(hù)人員及時找出設(shè)備問題,達(dá)到快速解決的目的,并提高設(shè)備及生產(chǎn)過程的正常運行率。如圖所示是WINTEC注塑機(jī)的監(jiān)控畫面。

注射時間的監(jiān)控以實際的射出時間為依據(jù),設(shè)定為實際射出時間的正負(fù)0.5秒,例如實際射出時間為2.58秒,則監(jiān)控最大值設(shè)置為3.08秒,最小值設(shè)置為2.08秒。若正負(fù)值設(shè)定過小,設(shè)備運行過程中會有報警,也無法及時了解止逆環(huán)磨損或者噴嘴漏料現(xiàn)象。若正負(fù)值設(shè)定過大,則可能會發(fā)生故障,例如多腔模具的故障,在多腔模具中,若其中一個膠口堵死,則會發(fā)生漲模甚至模具損壞(具體正負(fù)值設(shè)定可以參考車間環(huán)境以及PD數(shù)值)。
